GIDS - We Deliver Results

One of the keys to my success as an employee, and as a consultant, has been delivering projects on time and on budget.

My work and projects have taken me to 30 countries around the world and I have been responsible for projects as large as US$10 million and teams of up to 30 staff - including staff located remotely.

In the early days of my IT and management career my work followed traditional project management techniques but during the past 10+ years most of my projects used Agile Methodology for project management techniques.

I have built a strong reputation for not only meeting but exceeding the objectives and deliverables of the project.

I am confident that with any project I do for you that it will be done with this same level of quality, professionalism and it will be done to your complete satisfaction.

Project Management

Agile or Traditional Project Management

  • I use Microsoft Teams, Trello or GitScrum for project communication and tracking tools.  As a client, you will have full access to whatever project tracking system we decide to use for your project.  Our preferred PM system is GitScrum.

  • Change management is handled through the project tracking system.

  • Costs, time management and status reporting is also handled through the project tracking system.
